Fisher-Price is recalling the Rock ‘n Play Sleeper and Ultra-Lite Day & Night Play Yard with Inclined Sleeper due to product safety concerns. 30 infants have died in the last 10 years.

If you have one of the products below, you should immediately stop using them and visit www.service.mattel.com to obtain more information about the recalls. You can also contact Fisher-Price by phone at 1-866-812-6518 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time.

 

On April 12, 2019, Fisher-Price, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”), announced a voluntary recall of all models of the Fisher-Price® Rock ‘n Play Sleeper.

On June 27, 2019 we also announced a voluntary recall of the inclined sleeper accessory included with the Ultra-Lite Day & Night Play Yard, also in cooperation with the CPSC.

 

Rock 'n Play Sleeper

Infant fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers, and in other inclined sleep products, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.

Since the 2009, over 30 infant fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers, after the infants rolled over while unrestrained, or under other circumstances.

If you are using the Ultra-Lite Day & Night Play Yard with Inclined Sleeper, stop using it immediately and contact Fisher Price for refund information.
